The evening started with a traditional ceremony in the sanctuary at 4:30pm, followed by a second line parade through the Marigny. Then, we gathered on the piazza with Kinfolk Brass Band for a heated cocktail hour while the sanctuary is reconfigured. Once ready, we returned to the sanctuary for a jazz reception with Stephen Menold Quartet. There were various stations offering local dishes. At 10pm, we will walked (or pedicabed!) four blocks to Anna’s (formerly Mimi’s) for a DJ set by ET Deaux.

For things to do in New Orleans, check out ‣. When in doubt, walk down Royal Street in the French Quarter and explore the shops and galleries.
